Hello my friends!I've been away for a while, working hard on the new models and having some issues with my right wrist... 😫 But the projects are going well! Slower than i wish, but i will have some nice surprises soon for you! That being said, here's the new release for the Hot Wheels Lovers! 😜

Its a Patreon exclusive model, and i have developped another kind of baseplate for the dioramas. Instead of making a thick baseplate, i have made something more like a "shell" with cavities underneath to save filament and print time.

As usual, this is all 100% support free, and everything is placed in the right orientation for printing.

***I didnt find the time yet to make exploded views and instructions, i will add them probably tomorrow, but the assembly is pretty straight forward so if you wanna give it a try without instructions, is totally doable.***

just keep the following details in mind:

-For small parts with text, adjust your line width to 0.4 precisely. Print with a low temperature to avoid stringing and keep the printing speed slow.

-For the Red and white stripe on the edge of the track: The red marks are higher than the white ones. And it is facedown on your printing bed. So you'll have to start with red, to make the individuals rectangles, and change for the white (color change) to the layer corresponding to the white section. (In your slicer, its gonna be the first layer with bridges from one red rectangle to the others). This way, you will be able to print the whole strip in one part, and have the same results as the pictures.

-The base of the office has a hole in it, at the back. You will find some openings inside the base, and they are meant to route some wiring if you wanna put some LED lights.

-All the bases snaps together with dovetails. And you can mix them if you want. (i.e) If you don't want the office, you can put bleachers (seats) all the way along the track.

-If you wanna make a full track, just print base number 2 the number of times you need and snap them together to make a full track.

I will try to add the exploded views and instructions as soon as possible. If you have any kind of questions, just ask!

Again, i hope you like it!

Will be back soon with more info about upcoming designs! We will also talk about Christmas time which is coming really fast!Have a nice day! Keep printing!!!Pascal

Will you still be providing an exploded view/instructions for this?

PA1 MAKER

Hello friend! Yes! A member here made me realize last week that i totally forgot those instructions. Its on my to-do list for the next week. ;)

Hello, I downloaded this today but didn't see instructions included in the folder :(

Rachele Dorfman

Do you have 3MF files for this? My son asked me to print but I didn't realize there weren't 3MF . I also don't see any instructions. Thank you!

Chris West

I have a 3mf file that I made when I printed this. Send me a message on FB and I can share it. -Chris West

I hope this is helpful… the roof file is not flat to the bed so needs to be adjusted. I also found that some small supports are needed on base2 to print nice. Otherwise going well! Fun project! 👍

Hi my friend! The roof part is now updated, thanks for notifying me for the problem. Don't know what happened there, sorry for that. Its now laying flat on the bed! ;) For base 2, technically you don't need supports if your bridge settings are good. I didnt have any problem on my side, but i'm not saying its not a possibility depending on the printer and the type of material. But like i said, it should bridge correctly. Can you send me some examples of the problem you had? Thanks for your help, i really appreciate! :)
