***Note: to obtain that "snowy" look, use the "fuzzy skin" in your slicer. This model was made to let you experience this feature and try various type of textures. 

FUZZY SETTINGS i used (in cura):Snowman (everything in white) fuzzy settings:-fuzzy outside only-fuzzy skin thickness: 0.15-fuzzy skin density: 3.00

Scarf fuzzy settings:-fuzzy outside only-fuzzy skin thickness: 0.4-fuzzy skin density: 4.00
