Hello friends!

Here's the fifth element of the Christmas village, the toy store!

Its a must, avery Christmas village needs one and here's yours!

Those miniature "giant display toys" were more difficult to design than i tought. Making them printable in fdm and keeping them "simple" to achieve this, was quite a challenge.

Again, i will be  brief on this post because its like every other in this category; No supports needed, easy to print, don't be shy to use thick layer height for the large parts (like 0.3mm layer height) and for the signage, one or two color change to the corresponding layer will do it! No need to paint!

If you have any questions, just ask!

Have fun and keep printing!!!

HO! and i forgot to say: You have a brand new mini snowman in the package, with holes to receive filament strands to make nose, arms etc. :p

I am going through your past designs and OMG they are just beautiful! I so much look forward to next Christmas. One thing I’d love to see are dioramas of popular TV shows. Like the bar in Cheers, or the house in Friends and maybe some classic TV show dioramas like the Bat Cave from the Batman series from the 60s, the Addams Family house, etc.

These are your best pieces yet! I’ve made all four and bought a small light string to light them. Now on to number 5. They have turned out amazing! Wish I could share pics on here. 👍

Speaking of pics, where do you share to tag him as the maker? Best I can see he’s not on Instagram. And his FB page is a biz page where it’s for him to post, not us.

I don’t know actually…. good question…

On the toy sign there are four color changes, how is this accomplished on an Ender 3 using the ability to change filament at a specific level? My understanding is that every level of the print will change color using this method, is there a way to get the sign exactly like the picture using this method?

A nice way to share your pics, is on 3d printing pages on Facebook (like "Creality User Group" and other page like this) which have hundreds of thousands of members and tag my facebook page (pa1 3d printing stls). Also, you can make posts on my FB page, i have no objections and its a nice way to show others what the prints look like. Finally, posting your makes in the "make" section of cults is helping a lot too. On each download page, you have a button to share your make of the model. This is really helpful for me! :)
