Hello! Me again! Looking at those comments in the brainstorming post gave me a lot of ideas. Yesterday, while still being sick, i had a quick look at some suggestions and the "Hot Wheels scale camper" caught my attention.

What a nice project to get back on my feet.

So this morning i sat at my desk and start designing this little project, which came out really nice i think!

The project is really easy.

100% support free

Everything's already placed in the right orientation

Multiparts, easy to have a colorful model without painting or changing filament.

For the front of the trailer, you have a choice of two types of jacks; Parked (on the orange one, resting on the ground) and rolling (on the blue one, lifted and not touching the ground)

Also, you'll find in the package a tow bar (or tow ball if you prefer) which can be cut to the desired length and glued under the Hot Wheels of your choice with CA glue.

The instructions are included, in the form of two exploded views.

I suggest a small layer height. I have tested a 0.15 layer height and a 0.2 layer height for the campers. Put at least 3 walls to ensure strong parts. Some details are really small, so the stronger they are, the better it is! Be sure to have a maximum extrusion width of 0.4 (on some profiles like the ones on prusa slicer, extrusions width are often 0.45 or even 0.5) be sure to have them all at 0.4mmIf you have any questions, send me a message!

Hope you like it!!!!! 😁😁

Thanks Janette! I had some doubts at the beginning of the project, but everything came out very well in the end. It's not always easy to do something for FDM printing of this size and have good results. But i really love it!

Let me know the result! I'm curious to see how it comes out in resin. :-)
