Hello folks! Back on my feet!

I am still slowly recovering from the surgery, and everything seems to go in the right direction! I have received many private messages and i will answer them tomorrow.

But i have been able to work the two last days and i'm coming with some nice stuff.

First, a friend of mine asked me if i was able to design a simple, easy-to-print educational toy to explain how magnets can be part of a movement.

I tought you would like it too, So here's this cute hovering, floatting UFO, which is so satisfying to spin and watch!!! Everything rely on a simple magnetic field.

If you use sewing thread, the motion is really smooth and the UFO can spin for minutes. Totaly friction free!

-No supports needed

-Detailed instructions are included, with exploded views and tips totie the thread correctly.

-All the parts are already placed in the right orientation

The assembly demands a bit of dexterity (which i don't have at all!!!! lol) but its totally feasable.

You will need:

-Black Sewing thread (use a strong one)-Neodymium magnets (13mm x 3mm. you will need 3 of them)-OPTIONAL: Thin Double side tape (rc or carpet double side tape)

I have included in the instructions a specific view, well detailed, to explain you how to easily find the right lentgh for the thread and how to tie both knots.

If you have any questions regarding the assembly or the printing, send me a message!

Have fun!
