Thanks to Patreon supporter Bradley Pool for suggesting this video. Please message me to follow up about a suggestion you've made in the past if you are in the $15 tier or higher. I'll admit, I've been bad about keeping up with those lately, and I really apologize. I wish I had more time to someday release two videos a week, or at least six videos a month.

Thank you for your continued support. Stay safe out there!

Plus, some of these can be combined and are definitely related. And I do get that this list might be overwhelming. And so I’ve come up with a TOP FIVE LIST. 5. An unstable banking system 4. Asset bubbles 3. Increasing tariffs and other taxes when people were struggling 2. Too much money supply in the 1920s, too little in the 1930s 1. Too much credit in the 1920s and too little credit in the 1930s

Mr. Beat i have a question that is partly related. When I wanted to get internet I had to have proof of credit. essentially I had to be in debt at some point and paid it off with evidence. I had no credit so i couldnt do that because i was raised by grandparents who didnt belive you should borrow money. As a adult world was quite a shock, i have to have credit for a house, car, internet, some cell phone plans, and some tv providers. then with housing i noticed that a lot of homes are being sold at 3x the value of the home. which to me is greatly inflated. when I'm only making $12 an hour. meaning to get a home i would have to become in debt or by a old run down shack and hope it dont fall in on me. Would us being a debters socity lead us into another great depression?

Matt Beat

I do think that if another Great Depression-type event does occur, it will be due to asset bubbles, so we must do whatever we can as a country to prevent them from happening. There is not the same type of housing bubble we saw with houses back in 2007, but it is getting worse.

Enjoyed this video a lot! As bad as everything is now with the economy, I don’t think it is as bad as it was in the depression.
