Painting Study 🎨 La Belle Dame Sans Merci (Patreon)

Hello Patrons,

Thanks for choosing your favorite painting !! I spent the weekend painting "La Belle Dame Sans Merci" by Dicksee ✨
I filmed the whole process, so I just took pictures at the end ! I will edit the video this week and will post it on Patreon in a few days 😺

This one was fun but tricky since there are so many beautiful details (that I didn't manage to catch). Also comparing mine to the original makes me smile because it's just not the same composition and colors - but this practice was fun and it's always nice to analyse how an artist made an image.

I like to take pictures of the colors I use now, since some of you asked me a few time !

I don't use a lot of colors, which I think is the key to a harmonious illustration !

That's it for today, I hope you'll like it !
I'll answer your DMs on Patreon this week, thanks for your patience !

Thanks again for the support on Patreon 🥰🧡🌼

Hugs,

Sibylline
