Hi & HAPPY HALLOWEEN ! 🎃✨

Today I am going to share some pictures I took at the Museum last week + what I sketched there. I went to le Musée d'Orsay with my sister, we wanted to see some paintings (especially Monet, Renoir, Bonheur, Toulouse-Lautrec, and Van Gogh). This museum is the best if you like impressionist and (neo) expressionist paintings !

They also have many statues from the 1800's, so I thought I'd draw some of them, especially for their hands and feet - it's always helpful if you want to study anatomy and poses from different angles (PS : feet are too hard to draw !!)

I mainly use this sketchbook for studies, the paper is really thin and smooth, not sure about the weight but I'd say around 90gms -ish. I use pencils, fineliners and markers in it.

I took some pictures of the statues so I could draw at home too !

And here are some paintings I really liked (and these frames are 👌) :

That's it for today !

🕸🦇✨🎃 Have a spooky Halloween !! 🎃✨🦇🕸

Hugs,

Sibylline
