Inside my sketchbook 🎨🤙 (it's been a while) (Patreon)

Hi Patrons ! 👋

Today I am sharing some recent pages of my messy sketchbook. As some of you may already know, I have been working with Mossery on an art kit. I did 50ish paintings for the workbook, had some tight deadlines, had to come up with cover design ideas... And it kind of made my brain melt ! I was completely out of energy and creativity for a few days. So every time I tried to sketch ideas for a new painting, I couldn't come up with anything I really liked - that's why I haven't worked on a personal piece for a while. 

So I decided to draw for myself in my sketchbooks. The first one if a messy sketchbook I started this summer - I decided to use only two colors I never use (black and red) for the extra spicy challenge. It's rough and I like the vibe, it's not perfect but I think it's what I needed after working intensely on a big project. I sketched directly with pens.

I also started a little square sketchbook, where I'll experiment with paints and will mostly draw portraits !

I recently started watching Buffy the Vampire Slayer again - I was OBSESSED with Buffy when I was a kid (started watching when I was 8, had the 3 first seasons in VHS and watched them maybe a thousand times ? Not that familiar with seasons 5, 6 and 7 though ! Currently watching season 2 !). So I think I haven't watched Buffy in 15 years and I am basically still obsessed with it and with Sarah Michelle Gellar of course 😍 so here she is on the very first page of this brand new sketchbook. Not a big fan of how I drew her face but I'll do better next time (I've decided it would be a fun, *no pressure* sketchbook).
