Daisies 🌼✨ New illustration Preview + Behind the Scenes (Patreon)

Hi Patrons !

Here's this week's painting 🤗 I realized I never tried to draw a horse properly so this was last weekend's challenge !

Today I thought it could be interesting to show you the process of this idea, whether than just the painting process.

As always I sketched a few ideas on my iPad first, I wanted the horse to be in a specific position, but couldn't guess how it would really look like without some reference pictures. I ended up mixing two different horses so it's probably not 100% accurate 🤙

Here's the colored sketched - I picked some colors beforehand, that's why there's pink in the initial palette and not on the drawing. I ended up using yellow instead 🌻

The reference I used for the girl, found on Pinterest (with no credit of course) :

Colors I used (and look I painted my desk white yesterday !!) :

That's it ! Let me know if I should make more behind the scenes posts like this one !

About December prints - Thank you so much for letting me know you don't mind waiting for December prints !! I will probably send them out with January rewards 🤗

Thanks again for the support and kind words ! 🧡😪✨

Hugs,

Sibylline
