Hi Patrons ! ✨

I completely forgot I recorded this process video back in October, I just finished editing it tonight.
It's not public yet, I wanted to share it with you first.

I didn't record the whole process because some parts were too small to paint and my head would have been in the way - that's why you can't see me paint the girl and fawn's face.

Sometimes I forget how fun editing is ! I can't wait to make more videos. I promise next video will be 100% Patreon exclusive ! 🧑

Thanks again for your support and for allowing me to work on my personal projects ! πŸ₯°πŸŒΌ

Two Mushrooms πŸ„ Speed painting using Winsor & Newton gouache πŸ„ by Sibylline

Hello πŸ‘‹ Here's a new process video of my illustration "Two Mushrooms'' ! I recorded it back in October but completely forgot to edit it - so there you go πŸ„ I didn't record the whole process because some parts were too small to paint and record at the same time, and my head would have been in the way - that's why you can't see me paint the girl's and fawn's face. This is not a tutorial, it's just the way I like to paint these days ! :) A special thanks to my Patrons who allow me to record and edit videos like this one 🧑 Tools ✨ Winsor & Newton gouache set Canson XL Watercolor paper Arteza brushes Find me here ✨ Instagram // https://www.instagram.com/sibylline_m Patreon // http://www.patreon.com/sibyllinem Music : "Afternoon" by Liquify from https://artlist.io/

Do you use any water when you paint with acryla gouache?

Sibylline Meynet

I paint with regular gouache in this video, but yes I do use water when painting with acryla gouache and regular gouache - I didn't show you how I use it in this video but I made an exclusive Patreon video where you can see how much water I use when painting with acryla gouache πŸ€— you can find it if you search for 'video' in the search bar !

This is one of my favorite illustrations of yours, Sibylline! <3 I can see that the linework doesn't always come through depending on how opaque the paint is during that first base color layer, so I'm wondering –– Do you keep a photo of your sketch somewhere handy for reference?
