Kiki's Delivery Service 🥖🍞🥐 Preview + Process (Patreon)

Hi Patrons !

Last week I decided to do a little study of Kiki's Delivery Service - I really wanted to paint a scene with a busy background. I have had this image of Kiki in my phone for months and finally took the time to do a study of it as it was exactly what I needed.

It was also kind of a challenge for me, because I don't really draw backgrounds in general, especially indoors. It was surprisingly relaxing to paint this little study !

I did a cooler color palette (I am really into teal these days) - replaced the greens with blues and built a limited palette with blues, red and coral.

I took some process pics while painting, also recorded some of it to make a reel for Instagram, turns out the videos can't be edited (?) so I'll see what I can do about it.

And the final illustration :

I hope you'll like it ! I really enjoyed painting this for myself 🤗

That's it for today !

Thank you for your support on Patreon !! 💗✨
