My Projects for 2023 🌟 Tattoo flashes + Tarot Deck (Patreon)

Hello Patrons & happy Sunday ! 💟

It's snowing here - this winter has been very warm and it's been very strange to not see one single snowflake in November and December last year, but it started to snow a few days ago and though I don't love snow I'm glad it's finally happening ! It's worrying not to have a cold winter here in the French Alps. It makes me happy !! ❄

I thought of my goals for 2023 and I wanted to know what you think, especially for two of them.

First, I want, I have to finish renovating my art studio because I have been working in the living room for months now, dragging my supplies and art stuff everywhere around the house. I just cannot wait to settle in one room and feel comfortable again to create new things ! I feel like my creativity hasn't been at it's best lately because I don't have a specific space to work, you know ?? 😳 hopefully it will be ready next month 🤞

I need your help/advice/guidance for these two goals/ideas :

Second project : people have been asking me to do this for years - a Tarot deck. But I feel like we can find decks everywhere, on any theme, basically everything has already been made. Am I wrong ? I don't know ! Let me know what you think. But I would love to make a nice object such as a Tarot deck, with gold foil maybe ? If I do this, I will launch a Kickstarter page because it's quite pricey to make a card deck with nice details and a nice box. What do you think ?? Overrated or no ?

Third project : I want to start selling tattoo flashes on my website ! I have a lot of little drawings in my sketchbooks and I thought I would give them a second life. I am thinking of selling mystery tattoo flashes, based on 3 or 4 themes (like flowers, hands and animals... for example). You would buy a theme (say "animal") for something like $30, and I would send you a random animal drawing I have in my file via email. Of course I would re work on these sketchbook drawings, make them clean and maybe add a little magic to it. I don't know if I am being clear 😅 The thing is, I can't take commissions because I have too much work on my plate, but people often ask me about tattoos and I thought this would be a fun alternative for people who want to get one of my little designs tattooed, just based on a theme. What do you think ?

🟠 In other news, I will have a solo show in Hiroshima, Japan, this fall !! Nothing has been announced yet but I'm so excited, I wanted to let you know first. I think it would be amazing to go to Japan to attend the opening night and visit the city/country ! I have never been to Japan and would love to see it with my own eyes once in my life 🌼 people who have been there told me to stay at least 2-3 weeks 😳

🟠 The shop will open in February - let me know what new products you'd like to see ! I would love to make a new riso print but I'm not sure about the illustration I should print. What stickers would you want to see back in stock ? Tell me ! 🦋
