Secret Sketchbook ✨ #4 Part 2 ! (Patreon)

Hello Patrons ! 🌞

Before the month ends, I wanted to share some pages of my sketchbook with you !

I haven't been able to draw much in it in January & February, and I hope I can finish it soon because I feel like moving on from this sketchbook (that I started in October !).

I draw with a black ballpoint pen, and use post-its to cover drawings I don't like ! I think ballpoint pen is my favorite pen to use to sketch 💕 The sketchbook is from Cass Art, I bought a bundle of 3 for 6£ (I think ?) back when I lived in London. It's a very basic A5 sketchbook that you can find in any art supply store 🌞

Most reference pics I use are from Pinterest ! Some doodles (mostly flowers) are from memory. The goal of this sketchbook is to sketch what I see, observe the subject and try to understand it (hands, silhouettes, animals, fabric folds...).

I was inspired by Sophie McPike to draw more self portraits ! I am so bad at it. I don't understand how my own face works 🙇‍♀️

This little doodle is accurate though !
