Dragon 3/3 💙🐉 Preview + before/after (Patreon)

Hello Patrons 🌷

Here's the last painting of the Dragon series ! I didn't document the process as I was in a hurry to finish it before going to Spain last week (we spent the weekend in Galicia with some friends) !

I am not a fan of this one, I prefer the sketch I did on my iPad.. It's not bad but it's definitely not my favorite ! I don't want to post it on social media at this point 🫠

I opened the file in Procreate and fixed some details I didn't like. I will send the original illustrations to the gallery for my solo show in September so I will fix it "for real" on paper later this month !

The original illustration is on the left, the edited one on the right.

What I changed : I made the flower in her hair bigger, I made the little orange dots bigger and added a few more as well, I made her legs longer (won't be able to fix that on paper unfortunately !), I added some light on the dragon, made the scales a little brighter and I added some shadows on her suit with a darker shade of blue.

Details (of the unedited painting) :

I'm happy to be done with this series !! I really wanted to explore this aesthetic and I feel like I've learned a lot and I'm ready to move on to another series (I will work on it this week !)

In other news, I finally received the stickers !!

My sister Apolline is currently packing Nebula and Happy Galaxy rewards ✨ they will ship later this week !

Also, all orders from August 7-8 have been shipped !! You should have received a confirmation email, so make sure to check your spam folder too !

The secret shop will reopen in September, because we are still super busy with packing Patreon rewards, the painting for the exhibition and the inventory 😊💙

I will make a poll for September rewards later this week so I can order the prints & stickers as soon as possible !

Thanks again for the support on Patreon !! I'm so grateful for you all 🥰🌻✨

Hugs,

Sibylline
