Likely taken in the home of Jim Anderson- who worked at the United Nations, and holds the distinction of being the recipient of the first Prince Albert piercing performed by Jim Ward of the Gauntlet- in April of 1979, this photo has a charming still life quality to it.

If you look closely, you'll notice the anonymous model has a glint of gold from a frenum piercing.

From the 1986 Manly Arts publication Frenum Piercing for Fun and Profit:

First it must be understood that there are two different kinds of frenum piercing. In one, a small ring is inserted the midpoint of the frenum (or ‘frenulum’, as some prefer to call it) and in the other, a larger ring or hoop is inserted at the bottom of the frenum. The small ring flips back and forth in daily life and in sex, creating intense sensations in the frenal area. The large ring or hoop is worn up over the glans, as a coronet behind the rim of the corona. The latter produces no feeling in normal moving about, but the pressure it creates when the glans swells in erection is a source of exquisite pleasure. There is some debate as to whether the large ring or the small ring is the better of the two, but it must be noted that the large ring can also be worn in a dangling position and thus benefit the wearer with both kinds of pleasure.
