Ron Garza- Scar Wars 1, 2005. (Patreon)

Held in a Port Richmond (Philadelphia Suburb) photo studio, the first Scar Wars event took place in May of 2005. The goal was to assemble a group of artists who would learn from/teach each other, work on multi-disciplinary collaborative projects, and to lay the foundations of the potential of what a scarification scene could be; to push through the secret-keeping ethos of keep it secret, keep it safe. 

Lofty goals.
