I don't have a lot of information on this print; save that the model was a client of Alan Oversby- Mr. Sebastian- and that the photograph was taken in Alan's studio in the 1970s or 80s. 

Despite how in your face his body art was- enlarged piercings, tattooed penis- you can see how they were done with discretion in mind. Take out the septum ring and he could appear to be an Average Joe, only allowing those he wanted to know about his modification pursuits to see them.
