No, not that Kinsey.

Kinsey Maxell was a self-described tattoo and piercing fan (scans of his business card are in the queue) and a fixture of the 70s/80s piercing scene. He wore tattoos from Cliff Raven, and Sailor Sid Diller, and a number of piercings, like this ampallang that was done in October of 1979.

The piercer is thought to be Jim Anderson- a fellow piercing fan (and the recipient of the first Prince Albert performed by Jim Ward of the Gauntlet) and ad hoc piercer when the  situation called for it.
