The Incredible Til, Polaroid, 1980s. (Patreon)

Long time readers know about my obsession with Polaroids; the immediacy of the image, knowing that it's the exact print that came out of the instant camera the second it was taken, shaken (you know to do-oo) by the subject or photographer while they watched the image slowly develop- there's a tangible sense of physical history with them.

Before the advent of digital cameras, Polaroids were the de facto method for self-documentation of extreme modifications.

This Polaroid, taken in the 1980s, features the Incredible Til (PFIQ Issue 12, 1981) with his penis fully inverted, scrotum stretched, and tube inserted into his urethra. It's the front side of the the note/drawing that we recently posted.
