Filmed during Blake's time at Venus in NYC, this footage features him performing an ear project. Blake has been kind enough to donate hours of video from his illustrious past for us to archive- and while techniques have changed since the time of filming, it's always nice to be able to look back at "how things were."

Ear Projects: Blake Perlingieri 1998

Blake Perlingieri recently donated several VHS/VHS-C tapes to SD for archival and storage; shot in NYC in 1998, these tapes provide a look inside of the pre-boutique shop environment of the late 1990s. This footage is presented to add context to the evolution of the modern body piercing industry and shouldn’t be considered a “how to” or instructional aid.
