Hollis Fletcher; New Orleans (Patreon)

Concluding our recent look at eccentric tattoo fan Hollis Fletcher, this snapshot comes from our meeting in New Orleans, probably 1997 or 1998. A mutual friend brought us together to chat for a bit; Hollis can off pleasant, funny, and a bit of a rascal - when I asked to grab a photo of him, he put on his glasses, pulled a stern face,  and this was the result.
