Gonzo! (Patreon)

I first met Efrain Gonzalez, who I affectionally call GONZO, shortly after moving from Florida to Philadelphia; if I had to guess, I'd say it was at the NYC Tattoo Convention at the Roseland Ballroom, but a few decades on, its kind of hard to say. 

Gonzo is one of those folks whose smile can brighten the entire room. He's also an amazing documentarian of body art and kink culture whose work has spanned decades. 

Yesterday I was able to meet up with him, seemingly randomly, and shenanigans ensued. 

Usually the photographer, he couldn't resist hamming it up when I pulled out my phone at Starbucks.
