Lake View Cove | Build Download (Patreon)

Overlooking the ocean, this light-filled one bedroom home offers a cosy sense of space across two storeys. The tall, white brick exterior is softened by the abundance of windows, allowing natural light to pour into every room in the home.

Downstairs, an open plan kitchen with bar seating which flows into a comfortable sitting area. Upstairs, a second lounge space is designed for slow afternoons, fitted with a vinyl record player and cosy TV nook. The bedroom includes a desk with computer and a generous walk-in wardrobe, creating a functional yet intimate retreat.

Outside, a private hydrangea lined courtyard offers a pop of colour against the coastal backdrop. Located in Copperdale (Colorado), this home sits beside the town’s large football stadium which ideal for Sims who never miss a home game.
