920 Medina Studios | Apartment Build Download (Patreon)

This studio has a cozy yet modern design in the heart of the Art District. This space is one bedroom with a small office, perfect for Sims who love the energy of the Arts Quarter, yet want a comfortable, warm place to unwind. Perfect for Vanilla Girls to spend their days with a beautiful view. The office could be changed into a beauty room or a nursery for small families.

Note: Apartments have to be saved as rooms, not builds so this is a 'room'. Use MoveObjects before placing and then add back the walls that I removed to make the rooms whole again.
