Sulani Boat House | Build Download (Patreon)

Welcome to The Sulani Boat House, a floating residence designed for relaxed living on the water.

This two-bedroom houseboat is owned by Summer Calloway where she lives with her boyfriend Ethan. The boat was designed across two levels, with a guest bedroom and shared bathroom located on the lower deck alongside an open-plan kitchen and living area. A dedicated captain’s station sits at the front of the boat, included for visual detail and authenticity. The lower level opens out onto a large deck fitted with a dining table, creating a practical space for entertaining while anchored.

Upstairs, the main bedroom offers added privacy and includes an ensuite bathroom and direct access to a private deck overlooking the water. Designed to balance function and atmosphere, The Sulani Boat House provides a compact yet comfortable take on waterfront living.
