This collection adds 17 unique, curated Sims to the world of Newcrest.

These Sims were created to make Newcrest feel authentic, cohesive, and rich in story and world building. They’re designed to suit large family homes, starter houses, and everyday suburban gameplay. These are the kinds of Sims you’ll want running into at the park, school events, work, or around the neighbourhood.

Newcrest in my game is inspired by Westchester, New York, and the Sims in this collection reflect that suburban, family oriented, reputation conscious vibe.

How to use

For best results, manually place each household into your save.You can then play them actively or mark them as unplayed so they exist as regular townies, with family dynamics intact.

Benson HouseholdDavid | Patrice | Andrew | Juliette

The Bensons are Newcrest’s most well known and wealthy family. David is a workaholic surgeon, while Patrice is just as driven and determined to reach the top as Chief of Medicine. Their teens, Andrew and Juliette, are highly intelligent and fiercely competitive, raised under strict expectations where success comes first. David and Patrice’s shared ambition could make them unstoppable or quietly drive them apart.

Holloway HouseholdNaomi | Andy

Naomi Holloway is rebuilding her life in Newcrest after a recent divorce. A dedicated teacher, she finds comfort and purpose in her work while raising her young son Andy on her own. Life isn’t easy, money is tight, and some days feel overwhelming, but Naomi is determined to create a stable, loving home for Andy and prove she can start again.

Marino HouseholdGia | Lena

After their parents’ sudden move overseas for work, sisters Gia and Lena Marino are temporarily living alone in their family’s modest Newcrest home under a “trial independence” arrangement. Gia, the older sister, is responsible and socially polished, already thinking about college applications and scholarships. Lena is more impulsive, deeply online, and struggling with the pressure of being compared to her sister.

Newcrest Roomies HouseholdBrielle | Riley

Brielle Jackson and Riley Kaplan are best friends sharing a small Newcrest home while struggling to make ends meet. Brielle is openly lesbian, fiercely loyal, and determined to build a life on her own terms. Riley is androgynous, uses they/them pronouns, and is still figuring out where they fit. Money is tight, stress is constant, but their bond keeps them going when everything else feels uncertain.

Russo HouseholdMarco | Elena | Emma

The Russos are settling into family life in Newcrest. Marco is a proud, traditional family man who dotes on Elena and their daughter Emma. Elena balances motherhood with her growing life as a mummy blogger, sharing every milestone online. While Marco prefers to keep things private, Elena dreams big for their future and their family is learning how to meet in the middle.

Whitmore HouseholdBarry | Melodie | Henry | Lucy

The Whitmores are a respected Newcrest family who value education and reputation. Barry is a respected academic with high expectations for his children. Their son Henry dreams of becoming a detective, sometimes they worry it's to push people around. Lucy their daughter is all charm and confidence, already setting her sights on the stage and loves the attention she gets. Melodie thrives as a stay at home mum, she’s eager for one more baby, while Barry combats that their family is already complete.
