Welcome to the Evergreen Harbour Townie Collection.

This collection adds six new households and 18 new, unique, curated Sims to the World of Evergreen Harbor.

These Sims were created with unique gameplay in mind, inspired by Portland, Oregon. Evergreen Harbor hosts beautiful, lush green neighborhoods and rich sense of eco inspired community, there's something for everyone in Evergreen Harbor. These Sims fit into all aspects of Evergreen Harbor and are inspired by all walks of life.

Each townie pack includes multiple households with their own unique and interesting storylines. You can drop them straight into your game without having to invent gameplay ideas, create personalities and relationships or think up careers or backstories. These Sims are designed to feel like real people with real routines, adding the kind of Sims you actually want walking around your world.

How to use

For best results, manually place each household into your save.You can then play them actively or mark them as unplayed so they exist as regular townies, with family dynamics intact.

Diallo HouseholdKiara | Terrence

Kiara dreams of restoring neglected homes instead of tearing them down, while Terrence spends his weekends rescuing furniture from kerbsides and giving it new life. Their house is permanently under renovation, much to the amusement (and frustration) of the neighbours, except for the Garcia's who they're close with and who have become like parents to Terrance. They have endless ideas for their home but never enough money or time.

Flour & Flowers HouseholdJenna Pondly | Yu-Na Kim

Jenna and Yu-Na turned an abandoned train station into the fresh start they'd both been dreaming of. Downstairs, Jenna runs a flower shop while Yu-Na fills the café next door with her fresh bread and sweet treats. Upstairs, the best friends share neighbouring apartments, proud of everything they've built together and excited to see where this new chapter takes them.

Garcia HouseholdDarlia (elder) | Emmanuel (elder)

Emmanuel is ready to retire, but Darlia isn't ready to say goodbye to the food truck they've spent decades building together. She still loves cooking for the community, while he'd happily trade early mornings for a quiet life. Living next door, Terrence often helps around the house and has become the son they never had. Whether they'll finally slow down or keep serving Evergreen Harbor is a decision neither of them can seem to make.

Greenberg HouseholdKnox Greenberg (updated townie) | Ashton (wife) | Rain (teen daughter) | River (teen son) | Snow (child daughter) | Blossom (infant daughter)

Knox and Ashton Greenberg have built a simple life from the ground up on their lifestyle block, growing produce to sell locally and caring for the land they love. While River dreams of taking over the family farm and expanding his beekeeping, Rain can't wait to leave for university and chase a career in acting. Snow and Blossom are growing up surrounded by gardens, fruit trees, and their rescued horse, but with very different dreams already beginning to bloom.

Harper HouseholdHazel (1st Gen) | Jasmine (2nd Gen) | Miles (3rd Gen)

Jasmine is rebuilding her life after moving back in with her mum, Hazel, while raising her young son Miles. She dreams of returning to her career as a landscape designer, creating beautiful outdoor spaces for families to enjoy, but balancing motherhood and a fresh start isn't always easy. Hazel is always ready to dote on her grandson Miles as well as offer advice for Jasmine, whether it's wanted or not, and although they don't always see eye to eye, they're determined to build a brighter future together.

Jackson HouseholdKeisha (mom) | Jada (child) | Brianna (child)

Keisha Jackson is raising Jada and Brianna on her own while working as a shelf stocker to make ends meet. She has poured everything into creating a warm home for her girls and refuses to let their circumstances define them. Keisha expects hard work, good manners, and respect, believing discipline today will give them the future she never had. Her daughters don't always understand her high expectations, but every decision is made with love.
