Thank you so much for your patience and support. After taking some time to rest and recover, I’m finally back and I’m so happy to be sharing our first build of the year with you!!

This penthouse is a project I put a lot of care into, from the overall layout to the smallest details. Designed as a layered, multi-level private residence with its own private club, it was created to feel calm, refined, and deeply personal.

I usually share Required CC via WeTransfer and Google Drive, You can use whichever option is more convenient for you. Tray files check Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray Make sure all files that start with 0x00 are placed directly inside the Tray folder. ‼️There should be no subfolders inside the Tray folder. Step 2. Gallery check Open the Gallery in game. At the top, please select the local “My Library” with the download icon, not Online or Profile. ‼️On the left side, make sure Include Custom Content is checked. ‼️Switch the Category filter to All and check again. If you still cannot find the build, feel free to send me a screenshot of your Tray folder and your Gallery screen. This build is a penthouse designed for the Fountainview Penthouse lot in San Myshuno, so you don’t need to place each floor separately. You can place the entire penthouse from the Gallery in one go. Hi Kadejia 🤍 Thank you so much for the screenshots, they’re really helpful for me to understand what’s going on. ‼️Here’s what I noticed and what you can try: It looks like there are subfolders inside your Tray folder. Could you please open those subfolders and move all files starting with 0x00 out of them, and place them directly inside the Tray folder? ‼️Please make sure there are no subfolders (The files should be placed directly inside the Tray folder, so the game can correctly read the Tray data) I also attached a screenshot showing what a correct Tray setup looks like. Please try these steps and let me know how it goes🤍I’m happy to help you further if needed!

Hi Kadejia 🤍 Thank you so much for reaching out again, About the elevator: this is a functional teleport-style elevator mod, so you don’t need to click on the elevator itself. Instead, simply click on the floor or area where you want your Sim to go (for example, the upper level or third floor), and your Sim will automatically teleport there.

hi!! I’m not sure what happened when I added the lot but the wallpaper and doors dissapeared so that was the issue! I was trying to make her change her outfit but she couldn’t go into the room bc there was no door lol so I added one! Thanks :)

Hi Kadejia 🤍 It sounds like a small part of the CC might be missing from your installation, but this is something you can fix right away 😊 Could you please re-download the attachment? There is a small portion of CC included together with the Tray files. Once you place that CC into your Mods folder, everything should work properly 🤍

I actually already have a similar community lot in progress with multiple apartment units, and I think I’ll definitely incorporate the penthouse/townhouse-style unit you mentioned ✨ As for the Hidden Hills Kardash lot, I’ve already drafted the overall exterior structure. If everything goes smoothly, I’m hoping it will be ready around April, or possibly even earlier. So sad that it could not be used as a small business venue :( I dont know what else to do with that.. I thought it would be great to live there and then the bar area and gym&pool is public area where all the "people in same building" can go there (who live there) :).. just like when you have an apartment and the pool area is for everyone. I tried small business venue, but it didnt worked :(

I recommend Live In Business by LittleMsSam: https://www.curseforge.com/sims4/mods/live-in-business This mod allows you to run certain businesses from your home by adding specific Lot Traits, so you can potentially set up things like a gym, club, café, and more within a residential lot. It might be worth testing to see if it works for your idea 🤍 I’m currently out right now, but I’ll test this myself when I get home as well. If I find anything useful or discover a better solution, I’ll update you right away. I hope this helps, and thank you again for your support 🤍

Hi Jayra 🤍 Thank you so much for your message and for downloading everything! ‼️Just a quick note, inside the attachment Tray folder, there are also a few small .package CC files included (like the wallpaper and the small counter I made). Please make sure those .package files are placed into your Mods folder as well, not only the Tray files. That’s usually what causes the missing items. Let me know if it’s still missing after that, I’m happy to help 🤍

I just want to clarify, when you say your game crashes, is it completely closing to desktop, or are you seeing an error code message? To help narrow it down, could you please try placing the lot in a brand new Sims 4 save file? You can do this by: 1️⃣ Renaming your current “The Sims 4” folder in Documents to back it up 2️⃣ Launching the game through the EA app or Steam — it will generate a fresh new folder 3️⃣ Installing only the Tray files and Required CC into this clean folder 4️⃣ Testing the lot in this new save If it works in a clean save, the issue is usually caused by outdated mods or conflicting CC. You can then gradually add your original CC back in batches to identify which file may be causing the issue. Let me know what happens and I’m always happy to help🤍

If you’re only missing For Rent and Lovestruck, it shouldn’t significantly affect the overall usability or look of the build. The house will still function normally. You may notice that a few exterior wall lights and some ambient lighting elements are missing, but overall the structure and design will remain very similar. Thank you! another question, my sim seems to unable to use the elevator. She just can't identify how to access the higher floors. Is it because I'm not using a skyscraper resident but rather a land one?

Hi Desile 🤍 The elevator mod used in this build is fully functional. You can simply click on the floor or area where you want your Sim to go, and they will automatically teleport there. This penthouse was designed specifically for the Fountainview Penthouse lot in San Myshuno. Regarding what you mentioned about using a regular residential lot — during my previous testing, the elevators were still working. However, I’ll run another quick test to double-check and see if I discover anything new. Just to clarify: • The elevator in the third-floor lobby is the game’s required arrival elevator. • All other elevators operate through the mod. If it’s not working properly, please try reinstalling the elevator mod from the Required CC folder and allow it to overwrite the existing file. Also, your Sim can still access the top bedroom level using the staircase inside the house, even if the elevator isn’t working temporarily. I’ll let you know if I have any updates after retesting 🤍

Since other houses are appearing correctly in your game, it may be that a few Required CC files didn’t install properly. Could you please try re-downloading the Required CC and replacing the existing files in your Mods folder? You can download it from this WeTransfer link (I recommend using Google Chrome): https://we.tl/t-PsPyrJ3d6s After downloading, make sure to fully unzip the folder and move all the .package files into your Mods folder. Another amazing build! Thank you so much, have about 25 of your lots in my current save. I am having one issue, my sims cannot access the pool level of the condo. They show the can't access message and wave their arms around. Any suggestions? Thanks!

Hello! I just placed this lot and it honestly took my breath! I appreciate the hard work you put into these! They are a dream! Quick question: Sim couldn't go downstairs to the private club level, I added another elevator on that level and she was able to. However, she cannot get on the pool. I tried placing a pool trim but that just deleted a bunch of items instead. Not sure what the solution is. Tysm!

Usually reinstalling the elevator mod that I included in the Mods folder helps solve that problem. About the pool issue, before placing the lot, could you try pressing Ctrl + Shift + C and entering: bb.moveobjects on Then press Enter to enable the cheat, place the lot again, and test it once more 🤍 It’s a little strange because on my end the pool is currently working normally, but I’m definitely going to continue testing it a few more times as well. If I discover anything new on my side, I’ll let you know right away! Thank you again so much for your support 🤍

hi- i just subscribed to your patreon for this unit- but i'm missing so much cc- didn't get a pop up that items were missing but when the lot loaded- it looks nothing like the preview images, couches chairs etc are not there and i placed the tray files directly in my mods folder and removed any duplicates like felix, harrie and that's all.

From what you described, the issue is most likely happening for two reasons: 1️⃣ The Required CC may not have been fully downloaded and installed yet 2️⃣ The Tray files need to be placed directly into the Tray folder with no subfolders For this specific build, here’s the Required CC link: https://we.tl/t-PsPyrJ3d6s Please make sure the full Required CC folder is downloaded completely 🤍 It should contain a large amount of files and usually be several GB in size. If only part of it was downloaded, a lot of the furniture and decor will be missing in-game. Also, all of my builds include either a Google Drive or WeTransfer Required CC link directly inside the download post, so you can always choose whichever feels more convenient for you ✨ Here’s how the files should be installed: • All files ending in “.package” go into: Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Mods • All Tray files starting with “0x00” (.trayitem, .blueprint, .bpi, etc.) go directly into: Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4 > Tray Please make sure the Tray files are not inside any extra folders 🤍 - After everything is placed correctly, fully restart your game and make sure: ✔ Enable Custom Content and Mods ✔ Include Custom Content in Gallery/My Library are both turned on 🤍 That should solve the issue!
