About the whole close friend / family wanting to see you nude thing. It is weird but from Alabasta the whole crew wanted to see Nami, they all peeped, even if they were all discovered immediately they all did it and Nami ended up flashing them all. In the end it really just comes down to Oda finding peeping being funny. It sucks, I wish it wasnt there but that's what we have. The Wano bathouse situation basically only exists to "payoff" Sanji's pervy dream from Thriller Bark. Oda basically had to work backwards to find a way to explain why Sanji needed to be there and that being in disguise ends up being important to be able to get them out of the situation but it's all about making the joke happen. I do think that it hurts Sanji's character and that it doesnt add anything good it's just Oda's warped views of comedy.
