Google Drive Tip: It takes time for Google Drive to process videos. If it says "still processing" or is only allowing you to view at 360p, then you can always come back later or download the video in full

Dropbox Tip: The quality of the video is lower while streaming so I recommend downloading or using google drive if thats an issue

A small portion of the video at the start is just a black screen with both links for me, but then it starts back without missing anything so don't worry if it happens to anyone else as well and just skip ahead

Oh poop, I'll have a look at the file and if it's fixable I'll re-render and have it fixed in a few hours!

Update: it was me, forgot to click one button that would have fixed it 😭 got it rendering now so should be all good in a few hours. For now skip from 1:48 to 8:03

A lesser discussed aspect of Colin’s feelings towards Penelope being Lady Whistledown is his feeling useless after finding out how powerful she’s been this entire time. As much as Colin respects Penelope, he’s always seen her as someone to protect, whether it’s from bullies, from her fraudster uncle, or her mother. In a way Colin found his purpose through being Penelope’s husband, and in this society, a husband means being a protector and provider. And now he’s learned that Penelope is kind of those things for herself, so he has to find a new purpose all over again.

heeeey, i so enjoy your reactions and i love to see you saying a prediction and 5 minutes later it happens hahahahahah!! (👇🏽i also put this info/request in the question post for the last episode because i don’t know where it would be best👇🏽) i’ve realised that you REALLY like the costume designs of the show, so i thought you would like to watch an interview the the costume department did last year after season 3 (i’ve waited until now so you wouldn’t get any spoilers)!!!! https://youtu.be/6FT_2c0wwKc?si=4NBFr5CWBx3twxeQ i would love to see you watching and commenting this interview. specially now that we won’t have any bridgerton content for at least a year🥲🥲

My main thought 💭 on Colin still hating Whistledown during his discussion with Eloise on the stairs. He's mad bc he still is unable to reconcile with the fact that Whistledown has infact never lied and was therefore truthful in her calling him out for putting on a Rake persona. Especially after his travels. It makes me get loud at the TV bc he's being so stubborn. Even with the fact I can see it being an accurate response for the moment.

I do love this episode, but then I love angst. The scene outside the Modiste is so well done, including the blocking of when Pen steps up to be a similar height with him and then Colin stepping up to then be taller when he's trying to exert the protector role. I do love the wedding, as it shows their maturity; they aren't perfect, but they love each other enough to know they want to find a way through it. The fumbled handhold at the alter is a perfect visual representation of their relationship in that moment - not perfect, a little unsteady, but once they find each others hands, they are together. Oh and one little detail I love - Philippa, the sister who said if she became Lady Featherington, she'd get rid of all the musty books in the house, picks up a book and is looking through it, in the background as Pen is getting ready for the wedding. I like that little sign her sisters are maturing too.
