Eliot I think is like 90-95% gay. He compared being married to Fen as liking Thai food occasionally, but now it's all Thai food all the time lol. Quentin I think is sexually attracted to men, but his preference is women. I think for him it might be demisexuality, which is feeling sexual attraction after forming a close emotional bond. He was the one who initiated the first kiss they had when putting together the mosaic in Fillory, which was about a year after they'd been there, and as we see here he is the one that wanted to be together again when getting those memories back
