Was really fun dealing with the moral switch around this episode, loved the different vibes of the victims not being FULLY victims, added a lil complexity to the mix

Google Drive Tip: It takes time for Google Drive to process videos. If it says "still processing" or is only allowing you to view at 360p, then you can always come back later or download the video in full

Dropbox Tip: The quality of the video is lower while streaming so I recommend downloading or using google drive if thats an issue

you should watch mindhunter. its a series based on a true story about the beginnings of profiling

Kelly

The BAU is a real department within the FBI, so some of it is based on reality, like the cases are based on real cases, but dramatised for the show. Some of the psychology will be out dated now, especially in terms of names for things, as you get to the more recent series, you'll see they adapt the language to fit the times etc.

Harry Allen

Oooo thanks for this! I'm always so curious about how the show related to the real world

Kelly

So, I'm not sure if anyone has mentioned but the show actually finished in it's normal format at season 15, then, after the pandemic they came back so seasons 16-19 are actually really recent

Harry Allen

Oh really? I had assumed there would be recent seasons but didnt realise they were THAT recent!

Kelly

Yes there's a new one due out this year I think. Season 19

Becky Mitchell

So, cops in general tend to be alpha personalities. Having someone else come in and take over your investigation is like having your territory invaded. When the FBI gets called in, it is generally because they have experts in whatever kind of case it is. People who are trained above the level of your average cop. That doesn't make it any easier for the local law, as they take crimes in their jurisdiction personally and they want to solve them.
