GOD!! what a ride!!! so bittersweet and so weird?? One thing is finishing a show and another thing is realizing that the whole universe is finished. I will miss waiting for your updates and watching along with you, it's been incredible! Also, what excellent answers, thank you so much and definitely agree on Landon and the unnecessary deaths. One hundred percent could've let him bring back two or three souls at first before immediately destroying his humanity and by the end, with his power of "popping up" wherever he wants and with his humanity intact, him and Hope would've actually gotten a happy ending. But it is what it is unfortunately.. Super grateful Candice and Joseph once again chose to make the viewers happy by accepting the cameos, adore both of them as them and their characters. If you think about it Candice and Joseph have been carrying the cameo role, together or separately ever since TVD, then in The Originals final season and now here. So much appreciation for the actors who make time for such surprises. One more thing that stuck with me after watching this episode and writing that question in the question time post about Aurora, is how Caroline is also one of those people, that in the end realized, that she genuinely thought of Klaus as good and not a villain in her life. And now she'll be around Hope as a headmistress, which is so cool to be Hope and having at least one person in your life who doesn't constantly imagine Klaus as this super villain. Would've loved to explore that dynamic with Care and Hope. Overall, congratulations on this finale and if anything makes this ending easier for me, is realizing that i'll be here for Criminal Minds god knows for how long haha. Looking forward to all!

I love Kaleb and Cleo every dragon loves their gold Hope and Landon truly can never be apart but also not fully together they are just passing ships in the night. Every time hope dies she will see him before she revives. She can summon and he can visit but never fully together. Landon’s price seems to only affect the living plain of existence at the moment he only really feels numb when visiting. When he’s in limbo he seems happy. Ben Jed my belovedddd. I personally head cannon that shortly after the show Jed retririggers his curse and hope gives him blood and he becomes a hybrid so he can live forever with Ben who is still immortal. I also head cannon that Cleo down the line becomes head mistress and most of the squad become teaches finch teaching lycanthropy, Lizzie magic or like a therapist like Emma was, Kaleb teaching young vamps fulfilling the prophecy Cleo saw of him helping the supernatural community, Jed as a hybrid could become a music or history teacher and an adult wolf figure for young students. Etc etc

Hi ! I don't often comment, but I just wanted to say thank you for taking us on this crazy ride across the TVDU. I joined around season 3 of TVD, and it's been a blast to rediscover the show alongside your reactions and get unique insights on it! As someone who grew up watching it, I had a hard time letting go when it ended, so revisiting it felt, in a way, like a journey of moving on for me — and I'm ready now!

Gosh I can’t believe it’s the end of not just the show but the universe! It’s been such a journey since season 4 TVD which was when I joined. I have really appreciated every step of the TVDU and can’t believe it’s over!

It was something that was brought up time and time again, and each series seemed to explore a different part of what makes us human. The Vampire Diaries was about love, The Originals was about family, and Legacies was about friendship — the three key concepts at the heart of humanity.
