Great episode all round. Was really cool to get to see their brotherly-bond be SO strong this early in the shows run, has me very excited to see how they are going to expand it as we continue!

Google Drive Tip: It takes time for Google Drive to process videos. If it says "still processing" or is only allowing you to view at 360p, then you can always come back later or download the video in full

Dropbox Tip: The quality of the video is lower while streaming so I recommend downloading or using google drive if that’s an issue

Wendigo were first written about in the 1600s by missionaries. They come from the oral traditions of the Algonquin-speaking tribes of Indigenous peoples (these tribes were stretched from Canada to the Great Plains). The legend is about a person who transforms into a evil spirit after committing cannibalism. The spirits were tied to the winter or colder seasons and sometimes linked to other ice spirits. The lesson of the original story to the Tribes was that endless hunger is a danger to the whole group, as is putting your needs above the group needs. Especially during the winter months, survival depends on sharing food and goods and working together. In traditional folklore, they do not have antlers. Those were added by TV and movies, probably to make them appear scarier.

Excited for this journey! We also had a wendigo in Teen Wolf but it wasn't nearly as gruesome lol. I think you'll enjoy how complex the lore gets in this show and just how diverse the supernatural beings are.
