2024 Recap and The Future (Patreon)

2024 was an incredible year for The Augur! There's so much to celebrate from game-changing updates like the Game Browser and Fog of War to incredible milestones for our growing community. Check out the recap video in case you missed any of the updates made in 2024!And now looking ahead to 2025 I can tell you that I am as motivated and excited as ever to continue expanding and improving The Augur. I am currently working on revamping the Starsystem maps, you will be able to add random maps and ships to your map with a single button press. This has been requested a lot and it's finally happening. I am also making it so the recent fog of war system hides the maps for new planets so you don't actually know what they look like until you land on them (or scan them from orbit?). This is of course optional and a single button press from the map panel will reveal the entire planet map.I am also making it so you can customize a planet's map using the fancy hexmap generator before accepting it and placing it on the map, so you can have maximum control over your game maps.And finally, I want to thank you all for your continued support of The Augur, it's only because of this amazing community that I can keep expanding and improving the program!
