The old lumiere creature is indeed an axon, just wasn't mentioned when they were trying to fight the axons to get chroma, as it was already dead

The City Creature is the Fourth Axon, they just said 3 originally because there is 3 living. But it is indeed still an Axon

Clea created all the nerons except the axons, renoir created the axons, sirene for aline, mask maker for verso, and im assuming the mountain axon is for alicia since thats where painted alicia hangs out which suggests to me the dead city axon was for clea
