I alluded to this on the dev blog, and possibly on the stream too, but in the last couple days I actually started and finished one of the other areas to be made too. We rollin'. I would show you guys, but I think I'd rather let you be surprised by it for the first time when playing.

Also, frankly it would take a gif to do it justice. So chew on that.

I've saved various things, however, so that after E17 is released I can show you all how it was made. 

As far as creative processes go, I can say that the entire area is a fusion of a heat-fugue wherein i was falling in and out of sleep thinking about it for several hours and ended up drifting through my own mind in exactly the way i needed to, plus the echoing words of a certain Victorian-era novel.

I will not be posting tomorrow morning. Tomorrow is Reborn's summer party and for the first time in some number of years I'm actually taking an active role in it. The EU-side of things is earlier than I would like (why y'all so far ahead??? why y'all so far away?????) and I've got to have myself pulled together pretty quickly for the day.
