So I will be pulling back from daily posts for this month-- or until I start full development on E18 in any case, since it seems we might run a few days into November.

Since this whole month is going to be testing and bug fixing, I'm not going to be doing quite as much in the first place, and most of the bugs will be in the new content area which is a problem for talking about especially before y'alls alpha. After the alpha we may still see about a bug fixing stream for the problems you guys found, but that depends on what there is to do. 

Also... let me tell you guys a bit about myself during testing. I obsess. I will spam refresh every five minutes if you let me. Well, if I let me. So I don't let me. Past experience has taught me it is better for my mental health and productivity if I just, post the file and then avoid it for a few days until the dust settles. I'll still be anxious. But. At least I can distract myself from it that way, you know? So during those days it would be hard to post while hiding. ^^;

There are a couple other reasons too. For one, stepping back for a bit will give me a chance to reassess how the daily posting has been affecting my stress. I have not talked about this with more than a few people, but the past couple months have been somewhat rough for me in the way of my chronic pain, which I understand to be stress related. Although it's not as bad as it was two Octobers ago when I had to stop using my hands entirely, it has probably been the worst it's been since then. That said, there's no need to worry. I'll get it under control. I have before, I will again.

The second reason is that one thing I intend on asking you all -after- the alpha has finished, is how you felt about the things I was telling and showing you about the episode in terms of being spoiled for it. Although I have been pretty careful with what I've said and shown, and I do not think I have spoiled anything major, I will want to check in and make sure that the volume and content of my updates has not taken away from your enjoyment of the episode. Because of that I'll assess after asking that what, if anything, I need to do differently for this next cycle. 

That all said, as I've said before I've found these daily posts very helpful to pace myself with, and also I like sharing with you guys because, y'all are here and I want to make it worth your whiles. So, it is not as if the bulk of my ramblings here will be going away. Just paused for a bit. I'll also still be making updates through this month when I have them, of course.

The usual reward spiel post will be up in a couple days, and I'll also start getting y'allpha crew sorted at that time too. Thank you all for understanding and bearing with me.
