but hi attack ranges exist now i basically haven't worked on starlighty things during most of the test but in the past week or so i remembered that there wasn't a reason not to
so it actually looks like a TBS now. crazy, that. 

i gave the test units here some crazy attack ranges to make sure it was flexible. works for adjacent spaces, adjacent + range, and range only and -that- was the difficult part but you know we got it so it's all right.
i wonder how i'll do spell targetting.
yikes.
oh well, that's later.
gotta draw a bead through to the combat system next. then i can start adding features like that.
maybe make an actual UI for combat.
who knows.
