ZZZZZZZ if you were at the stream the other day you know i already finished the USUM sprites and also did all their shinies and was VERY relieved to be done with the sprites forever because fuck gen 8

so i posted them and things were good and then i was kindly informed that i had typo'd the other contributing spriter's name absolutely everywhere for the last several years so zzzz had to fix that in various places
and then i had a message from the only other person who had helped with this at all saying he rescinded his permission to use the single sprite he had done edits on
i wasn't the one who asked why, but there wasn't much a response so i'm forced to understand the permission was rescinded just as a result of a personal conflict between that person and myself so zzzzZZZZZZZZZZZZZ over it

so i had to remake those sprites
so i remade those sprites
and i'm done with sprites
you know, again.
sighs in the general direction of the world

in addition to that i received a report in a different message that it was possible to get stuck after the mansion gauntlet in some extremely specific circumstance where the player like, goes out the back window but doesn't have surf but killified the crustle at the end of route 2 so they actually can't get back to the surface nor switch to a pokemon that can surf and they had to reload or die
so it's like what do i even do about that incredibly esoteric circumstance
so i stared at the screen for a while until dan asked me what was the matter
so i told him and he said something to the effect of
why not make a furniture-jumping puzzle in the flooded mansion
i'm pretty sure he meant it as a joke.
but i showed him.
he said he regretted it immediately.
but you know what, i think it's a great solution
