You guys have seen the turn-UI piece for Hell already. Here's the one for Heaven, which I did a few days ago.

I'm super pleased with how it came out, especially given how unsteady I was with it at first. I had a clear design and concept in mind for Hell-- diamonds, triangles, hard angles, etc. There was plenty reference in the form of computer circuitry, Hyperlight Drifter's diamond motifs, and even League of Legends' updated UIs.

By contrast I knew I wanted Heaven to focus on smooth curves and circles but beyond that I didn't have any real reference material. I ended up taking a while to sketch around with some different patterns until I arrived at something I liked. I ended up making references out of snowflake patterns (which you can see in the centre circles) and part of Starlight's already-made logo-- granted it isn't visible. Lemme show--

Basic logo--

But behind the diamonds.......
...is an eye which you will recognize in the end-circles above. This is likely going to become a visual motif for Heaven-- Diespiter's Eye.

In the end I had a rough sketch that looked like this.
Clumsy-- and too complicated (and tall.) So I redrew it in a higher quality taking extra care to preserve the line integrity (vectors are my best friends, but it is much easier to work with Hell's straight lines than it is to get curves like this numerically perfect ._.)

Then it's just a matter of slapping the gradient, stroke and glow onto it and we done up in hurr.

Well sort of. This was an alternate colour scheme.  Very Serra tbh. Those colours will get used. But I went with the one above.

Now I can use these as guides for the rest of the UI parts.
