Vote - Round 39 (Patreon)

I know people have been wanting NPC's for a while so we are going with something a bit different for this vote. A lot of the NPC stuff doesn't make a whole lot of sense individually so I want to make a little themed bundle that will be way more useful.

We put together a bunch more ideas in discord but I couldn't fit them all in a single vote so if this goes well we can definitely run another round!
