Hello Patrons!

Here to give a quick update since I am taking forever.

The game is taking a bit longer than I thought, so I am going to put the main story/game trailer up in a bit over a week and the 0.1 release will be after that later in the month.

I am not even going to try to give a direct date for it because I already borked 3 now so. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Just wanted to give a quick update so I'm not silent for ages on end again.

Anyhow, game is coming soon and my next post will be with the Apocalust main game trailer.

Thanks for the heads up amigo! I just got a 3070 so I can't wait to see this baby in all its GLORY! Now all I need is an 8K TV... I'll wait for what CES reveals this year. Keep up the great work my good man!

Hey buddy😬 take your time!! Just think about it, you are a programmer who can manage a game like this, but others just couldn't. But who are working on it with a team! I would rather listen to a game that the imagination and love of a person about a quick puked game was programmed and drawn half-heartedly. I'm extremely hyped on this game and I think it's a great Christmas present;) Don't get lost and take the time to get the best out of duigst;)

I think yesterday made a year since I started supporting this dev. Ive put about 100 or more on this game across the year and don’t get me wrong thats totally fine with me. I just wanted to stay that. It will be 2 months in a bout a week since this post/trailer announcement was made. Ever since then Ive been hopping on Patreon hoping to see the trailer he planned to post back then or at least another progress update. A week went by, nothing, then another one yet still nothing. Every week I have been going into discord eager to find one new small preview or anything to chew on to keep my smoldering fire from extinguishing. Im not shitting on Psycho by the way. I get why this is taking long. He set the bar way up high. A Vn game of this calibre requires a lot of work, work that can easily become overwhelming without enough passion, specially for one single developer. I do not know what is going on with his personal life either, so I really cannot draw out conclusions. I have faith the first version will be eventually posted, but I cant say the same for its completion. I trust he will get far even if he is cut short at some point since he already completed one game before. This does not only apply to psycho, but other devs too. It’s usually the ones working with Daz3d that give up the fastest. I know how overwhelming daz3d looks at first, but we enough practice, experience, money, the right assets and hardware you can create some beautiful stuff. Imagine putting a lot of dedication into something you are not really passionate about for it to not meet your expectations. Yeah, that would be enough for me to just walk away. Which is the case for some of these devs making big promises only to grow further and further apart from their project every release. It sucks, cuz some of them are and were getting onto something big. The end result is either an abandoned game whose wings were chopped off too soon or a game put “On Hold” that will eventually become abandoned either way. Let me state again Im not shitting on anyone, just wanted to vent out my thoughts :)

Nearing 3 months without an update. This post said there would be news within one. Such a shame this is taking so long because this content looks so good. Still hopeful this sees the light of day; and that psycho is alright, but let’s get something thrown our way to keep the faith...
