North

Been waiting for this one! 🙌

Tekno

This episode is why my grandpa is bald now, hes been a chef for 50 years. So stressful

Gnidis

I could not believe that Marcus still did those donuts after getting told to stop so many times. I get that you say that all of them did wrong but sydney fucked up big time with letting those preorder get through then get mad and quit then say it is not her fault.

Miguel Rosales

Ah yes the anxiety inducing, stress episode ☺️

Jack SV

Nah Marcus deserved to be yelled for working on something else instead of the cakes lol regarding Sydney, I feel mixed about her.. I get that she was trying to improve the place but she wasn’t ready for that new system. What bothers me is the fact that she left because she folded under pressure for something she introduced… she could’ve at least stayed until the end and then leave if she really wanted to. Very stressful episode, I can’t wait to see how you guys feel about this show next episode!

Brian Garcia

all done in one shot not a single cut once theyre in the kitchen

mundanelotus

The crossfire in this episode is wild. Everyone was just getting stray shots

Dune

Yeah she has the nerve to say this isn't on me when she was the one who gave critic her risotto dish and in doing so caused the amount of pre orders to explode. Yeah she didn't know but still.

Dune

Yo I would've had to bitch slap Marcus lol. We in crisis mode and you're focused on perfecting some damn donuts?!

pooper

Sydney was waaay outta line with richie when all he was trying to do was help her with the vegetables, then she fucking stabs him lol

Glen

Mannn I know Carmy should've handled it better but I completely understand. Kitchen atmosphere is so volatile that it can go from chill to insane just like this.

Glen

He is dealing with: 1. Managing a restaurant that is one bad hit away from going under 2. Cognitive dissonance from being at the top of the industry and then slumming it in an unremarkable hole in the wall 3. Sleep deprivation and the regular stress from kitchen and admin work 4. Unresolved trauma from his culinary instructor 5. Unresolved trauma and guilt from his brother’s suicide 6. Possibly about to lose one of the only connections he has to his brother 7. employees that went behind his back after repeated warnings 8. A metric shitload of work that was easily avoidable and he can’t afford to ignore Of course he exploded. Who wouldn't?
