So fun fact about the guy who showed up in the beginning talking to carmy, that's actually the owner of the actual "beef" restaurant in chicago that the show is loosely based off of. The actual place is called Mr beef I believe.

The first episode of S3, is one of my favorite of the whole series. I'm a big fan when a story can be told with minimum to no dialogue. And this episode did that most excellently, the cinematography editing and music. It was just beautiful. Speaking of music, the song that was playing is called Together by Nine Inch Nails. They have a lot of lovely and surreal instrumentals.

Shout out to Samantha for noticing that Carmy's experiences while perfecting his craft, particularly NYC. Is a major component in how he is running the restaurant currently. Changing the menu everyday is some outlandish madman shit😂😂. I'm with Sam, do it every few months. Marcus is just simply the best. The man just crushing tragedy yet, he is able to see he bright and positive in the situation. The Bear definitely needs that type of energy.
