I really like how Ritchie handle the situation, very fair and reasonable. He scene with Sugar was very bittersweet. Can't help but appreciate and admire Richie's growth.

I feel your slight annoyance on the bad communication still being presented in Carmy and Sydney's relationship, Sam. Especially since it's been a recurring theme since S1. The major frustrating thing is, I feel like it's not going to get even a little bit better. On more positive note, I just love Marcus's character.
