Bambi

morgan "i think he's gonna be nonchalant" right before meeting him killed me 😭

Marcus

letssgoo this is easily my anime of the year

a2daj

Tearing up a bit over two anatomy models probably wasn't on your 2024 bingo card, huh?

Nolan L Thomas

Even anatomical models need love. It's crazy how this series pulls such emotions and feelings from the most abstract places. I'm with you, Sam. Okarun's feelings of doubt, envy, and self-consciousness are understandable, but he is a bit overdramatic with it. Momo literally offered to feed the boy, that's gesture is saying something 😂😅. But it looks like Ken is going to have more determination and confidence in himself going forward. Can't wait to see what he'll do.

Nolan L Thomas

I am so not ready for this adorable and looney series to be over. I've been loving every minute of it. Jiji is a straight-up clown, I like him already. But with that scene with Momo, when they were doing dishes implies, that more is under the surface of that goofball exterior. I'm looking forward to seeing more of his deal.

Yaabs Mari

jiji is also lida va from my hero , unexpected but W casting from what we seen so far 👌

Ray

it's so funny they got like big-wig voice actors to voice Taro and Hana LMAO

Ivan

MIRAI SAIKO. Jiji reminds me of Future demon from Chainsaw man. With his crazy dance

ZigZagKangaroo

Our manufacturer dates are too far apart got to me lmfao

Joey boi

Only one more ep😭😭😭 I don’t want it to end

Kexmi

Ken literally has no friends. Outside of Momo, Aira, and Momo's friends, everyone we've seen him interact with in school has treated him like trash. He said in the 1st episode that the whole reason he was interested in aliens was because nobody would be his friend, so he wanted to meet aliens, hoping they would be his friends. Him having low self-esteem makes complete sense. Before the ending of this episode, he wasn't even viewing Momo in a romantic way. His fear was that she would develop different interests and stop communicating with him because he couldn't even fathom that she would genuinely enjoy his company for more than just talking about the occult. Cut him some slack.

You’re preaching to the choir. We love our little nugget Okarun so much! You’re upset in all your comments to us, are you sure you’re not just looking for something to be mad about? -Sam

Kexmi

I won't lie and say that I haven't been "upset" in some of my previous comments, but I really was just making a statement on how I viewed Ken's feelings this episode. I know specifically in my comment on Caitlyn and Jinx's dynamic in Arcane season 2 that the wording would definitely look like i was upset, and while I wasn't actually upset with you guys, I'll admit to letting my frustrations on the fandom's view on that situation come through in my comment. That being said, I hope none of the comments I have made have crossed a line of some sort. I'm just a passionate fan of these shows and you guys, and I'll try to be mindful of how I word things going forward.

Mrcoolmint

Man this got me grinning stupidly and swinging my feet back and forth

RMS

So to answer Sam’s question, I think granny calling Jiji a “genius” was like “you’re smart for recognizing my beauty” kind of thing lol

Jacky

Those two mannequins got me emotional 😅 5 episodes in, Dandadan was my anime of the year. I think after the season is over, Dandadan might be my favourite anime of all time.

thereactpack

No you haven’t crossed a line or anything, it was just something I noticed! We welcome, passionate fans with open arms. 😊 we just want to keep it friendly and open-minded. We definitely dived into some of the topics you discussed during our Arcane stream if you managed to catch that! -Sam

thereactpack

Duh moment for me. 🤣 I thought she also maybe sensed him being a psychic prodigy or something. -Sam

thereactpack

Not the star crossed mannequins 😭 I'm so sad we only have one episode left💔 - Dani

Joey boi

1 more ep isn’t enough 😭😭😭😭😭

Bell Arclide

Well now season 2 gave us the real answer lol. Turns out you were right the whole time.
