As far as i know episode 12 is an anime original episode and the „real“ ending would be ep.11 novels wise

The Shirogane siblings from Kaguya-sama: Love is war have a normal siblings relationship. Another example would be from The dangers in my heart but I don’t think you guys have seen it. I can think of a couple more but yeah, the vast majority of anime siblings are weird af 😂

I mean anime siblings have always been weird for the most part, I can agree with that. This is one of the lesser strange ones. A younger sibling being attached to their older sibling isnt abnormal. Especially if their parents are working or away all the time (which checks out considering anime parents are either dead or just MIA). Its one thing if they were adults, but its not strange at all for kids. Stalking their phone does toe the line though. But maybe I already seen way worse shit that this doesnt even faze me lol

the real main heroine hasnt stepped up to the plate yet but luckily we got season 2 in the works i just hope its not to long before release cuz its A1 pictures and they have so many works in progress

This is true, 11 is light novel canon and 12 was anime only because they didn’t want to start the next arc with no guarantee that they where getting a season2. So they did an anime only side story ending just in case, but now season 2 is confirmed

I don’t really ship the MC with anyone if I’m being honest lol I like his character as the observer but I do agree with Dani that him and Anna do have a different kind of chemistry with each other. I definitely enjoyed the show overall but the nurse and the sister really made me feel uncomfortable lol but I’ve just learned to skip over that and focus on the main characters.

They added ep 12 because they didn’t want to end the season on Komari’s arc. And you can’t call it a filler ep or “non canon”. It was written by the author of the LNs and chronologically takes place between vol 3 and 4. It’s also the best / funniest ep of the season imo.

I laughed whenever anyone mentioned how wholesome the show is early on. Which don’t get me wrong, it is. But like the nurse talking about the challenge in trying to finish in one rotation of the Ferris wheel. Or the way Karen and souske were sharing an ice cream cone. It’s wild
