To get into this school you have to do an interview (if I remember correctly). And I'm pretty sure they do a thorough background check. The school knew about her past, I bet, and that's why they put her into the class D of "Defectives". They also probably wanted the drama/adversity she could bring to help refine other students. (I know, you probably didn't want a real answer.)

in kojis mind he says theres a few ways to destroy a class. 1 violence- weak people def cant do anything against someone stronger then you example class C is all scared of Ryuen cuz hell actually beat them up just look he slammed manabes face into the desk. 2. truth- the truth hurts and someones truth can haunt them later in life. example kushida completely destroyed her class with their truths. 3. lies- oviously someone can spread all sorts of lies about someone and people will believe it 4. insanity- none is capable of understanding the mind or a derrenged person or what theyre capable of so theyll def take down someone example koji thinks of koenji all his speratic behaviour and its damaged their class but at the same time on the boat test he inderectly actually helped them so even koji cant comprehend him and thinks hes insane in a way
